Followspanel provides social media growth services, including but not limited to Instagram followers, likes and views, TikTok followers, likes and views, and related engagement services. Services are delivered to publicly accessible social media accounts or content submitted by the customer at the time of order.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
All orders must be paid for in advance using one of our supported payment methods. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any change will not affect orders already placed and paid for.
We aim to begin and complete orders as quickly as possible, and most orders start within minutes. However, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by factors outside our control, including changes to third-party platform policies.
Where a refill or guarantee period is stated on a service, we will refill any drop in quantity reported within that period, subject to verification. Refunds may be issued at our discretion where an order cannot be completed or delivered.
You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose, to violate the terms of service of any third-party platform, or to submit content that is fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.
Our services interact with third-party social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these platforms, and we are not responsible for any changes those platforms make to their policies, features, or algorithms that may affect our services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Followspanel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of social media accounts, or loss of business.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
